• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking

• Special promotional offers, including our 50% first-time buyer discount, are subject to specific terms and time limitations

2.3 Special Promotions

Our first-time buyer promotion offering 50% discount is valid only when booking is completed within one hour of initial inquiry. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Understanding that travel plans can change, we strive to provide flexible cancellation options while maintaining fair business practices.

3.1 Cancellation Timeline

• 48+ hours before tour/attraction date: Full refund minus processing fees
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund, subject to supplier policies
• No-show: No refund

In cases of extreme weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide appropriate compensation as per supplier policies.
